Pebble Tec®, Pebble Sheen®, Pebble Fina®, and Marbella® are the superior alternative to pool plaster by offering a more durable product. Plaster is toweled until cement, sand and calcium carbonate forms a cream on the outer layer approximately three sheets of paper thick. However, Pebble Tec®, Pebble Sheen® and Pebble Fina® use natural pebbles and cement to form a bond that is 3/8” to ½” thick. Because 95% of the surface is natural pebbles, Pebble Tec® and Pebble Sheen® is more resistant to staining and less susceptible to being damaged by chemical breakdown.

Besides being more durable, Pebble Tec®, Pebble Sheen®, Pebble Fina®, and Marbella® create the appearance of a natural environment, allowing a variety of water colors with an increase ease in maintenance. More importantly, Pebble Tec®, Pebble Sheen®, Pebble Fina®, and Marbella® is applied by a local licensed provider, Modern Method Gunite, Inc., who receives extensive training and support from Pebble Technology, Inc. Finally, almost all of our Pebble Tec employees have cross trained in other areas of the company which allows them to spot check, and correct other phases of construction.
